Movement is such a key part of having a healthy life. So many studies have proven time and time again how being active not only reduces injury risk but promotes recovery, improves sleep, increased motivation and much more. At JM Sports Massage movement is always spoken about regardless of injury or issue.

So although treatment time with me is hands-on, I always strive to give each patient tailored exercises for them to work on outside of the session time.

I hope that the exercises can be interesting, challenging, informative but also the patient can see and feel the benefits.
