The easiest way to find the clinic location is to use Google Maps, please type in JM Sports Massage and follow the location to Queens Dock Business Center. Do not use the Norfolk Street Entrance.
Parking is available by the safe store units, spaces are limited and can not be guaranteed. There is also 2-hour free parking on many of the surrounding streets.
To locate us, please enter the blue gates opposite Jordan Street, this is the entrance to the car park too. The Safe Store unit will be on your right as you walk to the bottom of the car park. You should see a sign for ‘Childcare Academy’ go into that building via the double doors. There is a glass atrium, please wait there unless you have been instructed otherwise.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late I will only have the remaining time to help you. Appointments run back to back or with very small gaps, so if you arrive early please take a seat and I will be with you at your allocated time. I

JM Sports Massager is located in the Queens Dock Business Centre, Office 404 Charlotte House. The entrance is off Flint Street NOT Norfolk Street. Please always use Google Maps for directions as this shows the pin location on the map. Please wait in the atrium for me to greet you, unless you have been instructed otherwise.
The Baltic Triangle has many roads that offer two hours of free parking. There is a car park outside the building that is free to use, however, this can be full and I can not guarantee a space. If driving, please leave ample time to find a space and enter the building.
Payment will be made in advance of your appointments via the secure online booking system, Fresha. Bank transfers can also be made in advance of appointments.
Most sessions require you to undress so please bring loose fit shorts to the session. For further information on what to expect during your session please see our HOW WE TREAT page.
Appointments may be cancelled or rearranged provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given.
If less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours is given, a 50% treatment fee will be charged. If less than 4 hours notice is given the full treatment cost will be charged. Late arrivals will only impact your treatment time, full payment for the original allocated time will be due.
The session time consists of consultation, assessment, treatment and preparation time. This includes time for the patient to get dressed, payment and future bookings to be made.
